Where the fjord exhales, and so do you.

Solvang Fjord View home sits where the fjord meets the river — a hillside home wrapped in forest.

There's a particular kind of quiet that comes with a wood stove catching — a crackle, a settle, a hush, over and over, until your shoulders drop without you noticing. That's the sound this house runs on. Sheepskin rugs underfoot, feather pillows waiting, the fjord going quiet outside the window.

Let the fire set the pace. You don't have to do anything else.

Small details, done well.

Solvang means “Sunny Meadow” in Norwegian, and the sun follows the house from east to west most of the day. This recently renovated 78 m² hillside home in Blakstad has two bedrooms, a roomy living room with a wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace and balcony looking over the fjord. Outside you’ll find a private garden, an outdoor fireplace, and a path to the shore that takes three minutes on foot, with the river’s hush for company.

It’s quiet, but well connected. Molde and Kristiansund are each 30 minutes away, and there’s private parking and a free EV charger at the door.
